Goal of position
On-site coordination of:
- Quality Management System
- Implementation and certification of ISO9001:2015
- Quality-related acceptance inspections (Quality Engineering)
- Coordination the all processes in SMB (Process Management)
- Documentation (CE)
- Continuos KPI tracking in all SMB areas
- Control and monitoring for customer and supplier complain

Formal prerequisites for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- 25 and above
- Advanced english

Tasks
- Responsible for the acceptance and approval of the produced assembly and inspection technology and production machines, i.e. for all production equipment produced by SMB




- Support with handling internal and central instructions and procedures at the location
- Preparing internal system and TÜV audits
- Contact person for Project Managers with respect to quality issues
- Checking that the necessary documents for the CE declaration of conformity are on han
- Coordinating the preparation of operating instructions
- Responsible for customer and supplier complaints
- Contact person for the customer with respect to quality-relevant issues
- Preparing the annual quality report for the location
- Ensuring the quality and complying with deadline and cost specifications for the working package quality
- Ensuring continuous improvement

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior

that are essentially related to his/her duties.
