As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care, you will help ensure the financial accuracy and profitability of ocean freight shipments by managing costs, revenue, billing validations, and operational controls. Working closely with operations and stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, resolving discrepancies, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting overall business performance.

How you create impact

• Ensure the financial accuracy of ocean freight shipments from booking to closure.
• Monitor costs, accruals, and revenue to protect shipment profitability.




• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with speed and precision.
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance and process quality.
• Deliver reliable reporting and insights that support business decisions.
• Help create a seamless customer experience through strong operational execution.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, preferably within Ocean Import or Export.
• Solid understanding of shipment costs, billing processes, and profitability controls.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
