We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as solid experience in Web Application development. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable intelligent solutions integrated into modern web platforms, delivering business value through automation, advanced data analysis, and innovative digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
- Implement algorithms for supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
- Develop web applications that integrate AI/ML models in production environments.




- Build and maintain APIs for ML/AI model consumption.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, backend, frontend, data, and UX.
- Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Apply best practices related to security, data governance, and ethical AI.
- Produce clear technical documentation and process guidelines.
Technical Requirements
Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of:
- Regression, classification, clustering
- Neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
- NLP and/or Computer Vision (preferred)
- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras
- Understanding of MLOps principles and the full model lifecycle.
