you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR processes. This position is responsible for pre‐payroll activities, vendor management, contract administration, and HR systems operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

HR systems (HRIS)

Chilean payroll and Chilean labor services .
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Fluent in English and Spanish
(Portuguese is a plus , but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and time‐management skills.
