What You Get to Do: · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations · Process benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriers · Manage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolution · Collaborate with advisory team, clients, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure compliance · Collect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where needed · Leverage and Train AI to automate processes · Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreements · Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

What You Bring: · 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing roles · Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms) · Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality client service to ensure client satisfaction · Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail · Comfortable with excel and handling large data sets, inclusive of utilizing Excel formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.) · Experience with AI · Experience with data integration and file feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems. · Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indica
