Team Overview

As DiDi's Budget & Strategy Analytics Manager,



you will translate company-wide financial and operational data into actionable budget strategies that optimize resource allocation, empower business growth. You will be in the User Operation team, partnering with stakeholders ensure budgets reflect market dynamics, growth initiatives while enabling data-driven long-term planning.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead the annual and rolling quarterly/monthly budgeting process for multiple teams(B-side, C-side), develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic investments, pricing experiments.
- Partner with Product and Operations leaders to translate business KPIs (GMV, take rate, active users, ride frequency, driver supply metrics) into cost and revenue forecasts, driving actionable plans to improve unit economics.
- Drive cost optimization programs by identifying high-impact savings opportunities across marketing spend, driver incentiv
