As a Business Reporting Analyst, you will contribute with the Integral COE Business Reporting team, and deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and operational insights across Procurement and extended Operations. You will support fact-based decision-making by developing analytical tools, dashboards, and performance reports that connect operational data with financial outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
- Promote global reporting dashboards for Procurement and Operations using tools such as Power BI.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking to explain cost, volume, mix, and rate drivers
- Create accurate and automated dashboards for Procurement and Operations
- Provide clear, applicable insights explaining operational and financial performance drivers.
- Provide reliable data foundations supporting executive-level reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or operations finance.
- Proficiency in Power BI.




- Experience with SQL, ETL tools, Alteryx or Python desirable.
- Experience working with financial and operational data (e.g., cost, volume, pricing, and logistics).
- Advanced English proficiency.
