- Provide advanced orthopedic product technical support to internal and external customers, Customer Care Associates, Sales Representatives and end-users via direct calls, Teams, faxes and email communications- Provide orthopedic product technical assistance through emails and phone conversations- Provide product recommendations for customers, end-users and field sales representatives- Troubleshoot product questions and complex issues to provide resolution and improved customer service- Handle and resolve complex customer issues and escalated customer calls- Document and record all injury complaints within Agile- Provide product education to new hired Customer Care Associates, existing Care team members and Enovis employees as needed- Assist field sales representatives with cross references of competitor products- Process casting orders for custom bracing- Collaborate with Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Sales teams on new product launches, product updates, quality issues and general product informationRequirements- Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training,



Nursing or related field required- Experience working with Orthopedic bracing preferred- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels- Proficient in MS office suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- English advanced level: Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 5am – 5pm PST- Responsive to urgent needs and demands- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required- Exceptional customer service skillsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in providing advanced orthopedic product technical support and education, with a strong focus on customer service and effective communication.
