About the CompanyThe Materials Coordinator is responsible for supporting material planning, inventory coordination, and cross-functional communication to help ensure the timely availability of materials for production and new program activity.
This role works closely with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, and suppliers to help maintain material flow, resolve shortages, and support operational continuity.Monitor inventory levels and help address material shortages or supply risksPartner with purchasing, production, and suppliers to support material availability on timeTrack material status, delivery timing, and open issues requiring follow-upAssist with resolving discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or material availabilitySupport continuous improvement efforts related to material coordination and planningassociate or bachelor's degree preferredExperience in materials coordination, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP or materials planning systems preferredAttention to detail and accuracy in data tracking and reportingCommitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline
