and local tax laws- Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries- Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities- Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax matters- Maintain tax compliance schedules and documentation- Support financial reporting with accurate tax provisionsEducation and Training- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- CPA certification preferred- 3-5 years of tax experience, preferably in real estate or related industries- Training in US federal, state, and local tax regulations- Proficiency in tax software and accounting systemsKnowledge Skills- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations applicable to real estate- Experience with tax compliance, planning, and audit processes- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
