- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and operational assessments.




- Drive customer satisfaction while balancing business objectives and operational priorities.What We're Looking For- Experience in Account Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
