Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Components Engineer II for the Juarez Independencia Plant to manage supplier-driven component supply.
You will coordinate tooling, support validation of supplier changes, and address quality issues to maintain instrument assembly flow.Required are a B.S. in Engineering, 2–4 years of related experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills.
Proven project management and Lean Six Sigma knowledge are preferred for cost and process improvements.
