This position is 100% on-site.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Design and construction of the cafeteria for the Juárez business unitSupport construction project activities in JuárezSupport internal Cummins administrative processes (purchase orders, HSE risk analysis)Prepare executive progress reports for leadershipManage design and construction of new kitchen equipmentOversee contractor performance on-siteMain KPIs:Schedule complianceSchedule Performance Index (SPI)Cost Performance Index (CPI)Control of unplanned changesSafety incident ratePost-construction pending items closureNon ‐ conformitiesResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture,
