Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:AMSLead - MainframeProvide L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications in a 24x7 support environment.Monitor production systems and proactively identify and resolve incidents.Perform incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.Experience with Mainframe batch processing and job scheduling tools.Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.You will work on Canada Time zone.ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
