Design has been handled by freelancers until now, and this is the first senior in-house design hire.About the RoleThe work is 70% graphic design and 30% video editing.
Day to day you will build brand systems from discovery through delivery, design full websites and landing pages in Figma for developer handoff, produce print and paid social creative, and edit short-form social video with motion graphics.
You will run 3-5 client brands at the same time, report to the operations lead, and work directly with the founder during the first 30 days.
Success means first-pass work that needs only minor tweaks, low revision counts per project,
