A Snapshot of Your Day As a Plant Engineer Lead for Plant and Flexibility Assessments, you will serve as the technical lead responsible for evaluating and developing solutions for nuclear, fossil, and combined-cycle power plants.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, integrate technical solutions across plant systems, and lead engineering studies that support plant optimization, flexibility improvements, and lifetime extension opportunities.
Co-leading projects alongside business, sales, and regional stakeholders, you will be responsible for translating customer challenges into executable engineering solutions while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project milestones, budgets, and Siemens Energy processes.
