The Project Engineer (Building & Utilities) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction and utility infrastructure projects within industrial facilities in Mexico and the America region. This role manages scope, schedule, cost, design coordination, contractor oversight, and technical quality for projects involving buildings, facility expansions, and critical utility systems.
Lead end-to-end project execution for building construction, facility upgrades,



and utility system projects.
Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and resources for capital projects.
Prepare and manage project documentation including charters, schedules, estimates, and risk registers.
Coordinate design development from conceptual to detailed engineering.
Review engineering deliverables such as P&IDs;, architectural plans, utility calculations, and specifications.
Ensure integration between building systems and site utilities.
Support equipment selection, FAT/SAT coordination, and commissioning.
Oversee construction contractors ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
Develop project budgets and track expenditures.
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper handover including documentation and training.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
