5+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3) Experience operating Aurora/PostgreSQL in production, including multi-AZ failover, read replicas,



and replica lag monitoring Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and ECS/Fargate Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Experience with deployment automation and tested rollback paths, including rollback drills Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or similar) Experience with load testing (k6 or similar) and operating services against latency SLOs and error budgets Security-first mindset: experience with vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance/hardening practices Experience supporting SOC 2 (or similar) audit evidence and client security reviews Experience with incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis Substantial background working with large, complex systems Ability to overlap US business hours
