Our Client is seeking a resilient, self-motivated, and disciplined Sales Account Executive to execute full-cycle outbound sales with a heavy focus on high-volume cold calling and email outreach. This position is adecuado for an ambitious sales operator who thrives in a target-driven environment, handles rejection with composure, and takes pride in taking leads from cold contact to closed ARR.
Executes 80–100 outbound dials and emails daily to targeted lists of multi-family residential communities and property management decision-makers.
Utilizes power dialers and CRM tools to drive first-touch conversations, qualify property leaders, pitch the value proposition of the resident event platform, and overcome initial objections.
Consistently generates 20+ qualified meetings per month through rigorous follow-up and pipeline nurture sequences.
