We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing Product Analytics team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on Mindbody software. You'll act as a strategic analytics partner to product managers, designers, and leadership, owning the analysis and insight that shapes our roadmap. Product & Funnel Analysis:
Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, adoption, engagement, and retention across Mindbody's product surface.



Strategic Analysis:
Partner with product leadership on structured, insight-driven analyses for high-priority questions, synthesizing data into clear business recommendations.
Workflow Telemetry & Data Instrumentation:
Map the core jobs-to-be-done in the Mindbody product, define what needs to be measured to know whether customers complete them, and partner with Engineering and BI to get accurate, scalable event data in place. Turn that foundation into analysis and insight on where customers succeed, stall, or drop off.
AI-Enabled Analysis:
Build and leverage AI tools, skills, and agents to accelerate analysis — automating repetitive data work, speeding up exploration, and reaching reliable insight faster. Help raise the bar for how the whole team applies AI to data problems.
