The Logistics 3PL Carrier Sales Associate (CSA) will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with quality carriers for North America. This role involves sourcing new carriers, managing a strong carrier network, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services to deliver a positive end-to-end experience for our clients. Identify, source, and procure new carrier relationships to expand the carrier network for North America. Utilize TMS and other software tools to make informed carrier selection and load assignment procurement decisions. Ensure accurate completion of assigned loads, including coding of accessorial charges. Service Excellence: Manage the carrier network to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Data & Technology Utilization: Communicate effectively with associates from other shifts to ensure seamless operations.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned to support the overall logistics and sales functions.
Requirements Skills and Abilities Minimum of B2 English proficiency both written and verbal.
