Job Description Summary
The Gas Power Configuration Management (CM) organization is responsible for transforming product requirements as well as engineering design intent into actionable product definition. This product definition includes logical bill of material (BOM) product structure and product features (Marketing/Configuration Features). We also manage project documentation needs, internally and externally and collect and organize the document configuration.

Through utilization of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) space, we are able to deliver on-time and quality product definition to supply chain functions globally. Gas Power end customers are also partners and consumers of CM output.

This position of Vendoc HRSG Leader is a global role leading Heavy Duty New Units Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) vendoc collection. The leader will be the accountable owner and be responsible for leading contracted resources (Vendoc COE) within the Gas Power Configuration Management organization in CMPD.



This position will be responsible for leading and setting performance objectives while collaborating with stakeholders from across the Gas Power business as well as external stakeholders, e.g. Customers, EPC partners etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to GE policies, engineering standards, and security requirements.
• Vendoc Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end Vendoc process, including scope definition, collection, technical validation, and release within PLM systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for general teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage global headcounts and budgets to meet Order to Remittance (OTR) requirements for Heavy Duty New Units.
• Performance Governance: Establish and monitor KPIs, lead third-party contractor oversight, and manag
