ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to support the staffing needs of our operations in Mexico. Reporting to the Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-quality workforce aligned with company goals, values, and local market conditions. The adecuado candidate will bring a strong passion for recruiting, excellent Spanish-English bilingual communication skills,



and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, third party partners, and employee referrals.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings in compliance with local regulations.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
