Work closely with the Sales team/Vertical leadership team and lead by example to undertake responsibility on all bids.

To be successful you will need to be very well organized, with sound project management skills, able to work within a team and across functional organization.

Responsibilities
• Take Lead Role in Design & Estimation of all Bids that gets approved in the Bid-No-Bid process and any other emergency bids.
• Provide Technical Inputs and Suggestions to SA’s and the Estimation Team to reduce the cost.
• Involve in Strategic Sourcing Exercise with Suppliers in close liaison with Supply Chain and responsible for making quick decisions and intelligent risks for all bids (LPP).
• Manage the bid proposal as your ultimate deliverable within time and quality.
• Work closely with the P&E; team members to gather the required information on-time and manage the proposal output as a mini-project during the pre-sales cycle.
• Capture the bid/no-bid process and work across all functions to obtain the necessary approvals within the bidding time cycle.




• Manage relationship with potential & existing clients to be able to shorten the bid proposal time plan while maintaining quality measure set by Honeywell
• Apply good understanding of project deployment, engineering/estimation processes and strong market awareness and cultural influence, to be able to guide the team members on prioritization.
• Work closely with sales & business development teams in understanding and assessing customer’s requirements.
• (Converse)Facilitate the support required across different functions to the solution architects within the team to be able to gather the quality engineering proposals as a vital component of your bid proposal.(includes TRR)
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• You should be able to interact with internal/external(LPP) clients and present the professional image of Honeywell.
• Work in close liaison with P&E;, Operations and Sales team in preparing Sli
