ROLE AT A GLANCE:

The Manager, Corporate Accounting, acts as the Center of Excellence for Member Compensation matters and assist Controllership teams around the world, liaise with Corporate teams for critical functions such as the annual Mark Hughes Bonus payments to members, the transformative processes arising from changing payment methodology and frequency as Herbalife evolves in this space, and liaise with GTS and other relevant groups as needed regarding the Member Compensation System (MCS) projects and major processes touching worldwide member compensation. This position also coordinates with the MCA teams around the world and is responsible for ensuring that all escalations related to member payments are resolved properly and timely. This position will also prepare worldwide analyses related to general member compensation, as well as other Corporate Accounting functions or tasks assigned.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:





• Provide guidance as a Subject Matter Expert resource to both the GBS-based (Global Business Services) regional and in-country MCA and Accounting teams.

• Coordinate and help resolve any escalations related to member payments timely and accurately, as well as ensuring any necessary adjustments are processed correctly in the Member Compensation System.

• Function as the Corporate MCA liaison with other corporate teams for critical functions such as the annual Mark Hughes Bonus payments to members.

• Take the lead on the finance side, evaluating any proposed changes worldwide related to MCS.

• Evaluate any changes on policies and processes related to MCA worldwide.

• Facilitate an environment of continuous improvement relating to member compensation accounting, constantly seeking opportunities to improve the transactional flow, the control environment, and the efficiency thereof, to develop best practices and recommend future state global processes with focus on standardi
