Role Summary To manage full-cycle, in-house recruitment. The recruiter will be based in Mexico City and responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles. Responsibilities and Duties Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely staffing solutions Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth and professional experience Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Required Skills/Abilities 3–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or corporate) Competency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent platforms Basic MS Office skills are required Experience recruiting for global or US-based clients Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
