2026-09-21## Personal Assistant Jr. (CEO's Office)##We're looking for a Personal Assistant Jr. to become the day-to-day operational support for our CEO & Founder: calendar, travel, personal payments and purchases, and follow-through on his open items. This is a role for someone early in their career - with good judgment and a real drive to learn - who wants to grow inside a fast-scaling fintech. For the first few months you'll work closely with our BizOps Coordinator, who'll give you hands-on support as you take ownership of the role.What you'll doSupporting the CEO (the heart of the role)- Organize and protect his personal and work calendar: prioritize meetings and anticipate what he needs.- Plan and book travel: flights, hotels, and stays, optimizing for time and cost.- Handle personal purchases and errands with order and clear reporting.- Manage and reconcile personal expenses: cards, receipts, and tidy reports in spreadsheets.- Follow through on his personal to-dos and projects so they move forward without him having to push them.Supporting the office- Keep the office running:



supplies, services, and whatever it takes to keep things frictionless.Who you are- 1-2 years of experience in assistant, administrative coordination, or similar roles.
