Torque Tool Engineering & Installation Support
Coordinate supplier activities for new torque tools and engineering systems (Atlas Copco – SEMSA).
Support installation, integration, setup, and commissioning of torque tools and related equipment.
Support torque tool calibration, verification, and traceability.
Verify MES/system interfaces, communication, data exchange, and process traceability.
Support production trials, functional testing, and process validation.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to torque tools, controls, and system integration.
Support final system acceptance and handover.
Technical Skills – Must Have: Experience with industrial torque tools, controllers, and fastening systems.
Knowledge of torque control,



tightening strategies, and tool parameterization.
Experience with torque tool installation, setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and equipment documentation.
Working knowledge of MES, PLCs, I/O, communication interfaces, and industrial controls.
Experience with torque traceability and data integration.
Previous experience with Atlas Copco or similar industrial torque systems.
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL
