As the statutory compliance lead for DCS Fintech Mexico under Mexico's anti-money-laundering framework, this role is established under the "Actividades Vulnerables" (vulnerable activities) regime of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicit Proceeds (LFPIORPI). The officer must register in the SAT SPPLD system in their own name and accept the appointment with their personal e.firma digital signature, thereby formally binding to the company and assuming personal liability. The officer will design, operate and oversee the end-to-end AML/CFT (anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing) compliance framework for the company's credit-card issuance, revolving-credit and digital-payment businesses, reporting on dual lines to Group Compliance and local management.

Key Responsibilities
The role combines both program oversight and front-line execution, specifically:
• 1. Program development: Design, maintain and promptly update the AML/CFT internal policies and procedures manual, ensuring alignment with LFPIORPI and the latest regulatory requirements.




• 2. Customer due diligence (KYC/CDD/EDD): Oversee the end-to-end customer onboarding process — identity verification, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening, beneficial-owner identification, sanctions-list screening and non-resident customer management.
• 3. Transaction monitoring & reporting: Manage the automated monitoring system; review alerts, conduct investigations and file Aviso reports with SAT/UIF as required.
• 4. Regulatory liaison: Act as the company's registered point of contact before SAT, SHCP, CNBV and UIF; keep the SPPLD registration continuously valid (appointments and updates accepted via the officer's personal e.firma).
