We are looking for a proactive, resultsoriented Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Guanajuato or nearby to manage fulllifecycle talent delivery. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers and client stakeholders to deeply understand hiring profiles, build active candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing and inbound channels, conduct rigorous Level1 L1 screening interviews, and deliver highquality candidate shortlists.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing Pipeline Development
Execute targeted multichannel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards OCC Mundial, Pandape, Computrabajo, specialized developer professional communities, and social media networks.
Build advanced Boolean search strings to identify passive candidates across specialized domains e.g., Software Engineering, B2B Sales, Legal, Healthcare Coordination, Finance.
Maintain a proactive pipeline of prevetted candidates to decrease timetofill for recurring client profiles.

2. Screening Candidate Assessment
Review incoming resumes, portfolios, and applications against defined client requirements and job descriptions.
Conduct structured Level 1 L1 video phone screenings to assess core competencies, technical functional qualifications, compensation expectations, work authorization, and cultural fit.
Rigorously evaluate English proficiency verbal, written, and comprehension to ensure candidates meet highstandard client communication requirements.
Prepare comprehensive candidate submission profiles, highlighting strengths, key project achievements, and interview notes for client review.
3. Pipeline Coordination Candidate Journey
Coordinate interview scheduling between shortlisted candidates, internal Account Managers,



and external client hiring managers.
Guide candidates through every phase of the selection process, providing timely feedback, interview preparation tips, and status updates.
Partner with the Account Management and HR Operations teams to facilitate smooth candidate onboarding via the Global Squirrels EOR platform.
4. ATS Management Metrics
Maintain strict data hygiene across internal Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and CRM platforms e.g., logging candidate touch points, stage movements, and notes.
Track and consistently hit recruitment KPIs, including active sourcing outreach volume, screeningtosubmission ratios, interview conversion rates, and timetohire.
Share market intelligence, salary benchmark data, and candidate availability trends with internal hiring teams.

Required Qualifications
25 years of fullcycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency, international recruitment firm, BPO, or SaaS EOR environment.
Proven track record sourcing and placing bilingual talent across Latin America or integral remote talent pools.
Prior experience recruiting for USbased clients and startups across diverse disciplines Technology, Fintech, Inside Sales SDRs, Administrative Legal.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish C1 C2 or nativeequivalent verbal and written English communication is essential.
Handson proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and regional job portals e.g., OCC Mundial, Computrabajo.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems e.g., Oorwin, Lever, or Salesforce CRMbased hiring modules and collaboration platforms Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams.
