Talent Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape assessments.
• Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
• Identify emerging workforce challenges and talent risks.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recruitment recommendations.




• Manage complex stakeholder environments involving multiple hiring managers, HRBPs, countries, and business units.
• Align stakeholders on recruitment priorities and hiring strategies.
• Resolve conflicts and hiring challenges through consultative discussions.

Talent Acquisition Technology & Analytics

• Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to drive hiring effectiveness.
• Analyze recruitment funnel performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of recruitment technologies, process enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Utilize recruitment data to improve sourcing effectiveness and stakeholder decision-making.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand.

• Design and deliver differentiated candidate experiences.
• Represent the employer brand consistently across the talent market.
• Develop strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion.
