The Role
As a Proposal Management Analyst, you will serve as a core frontline contributor articulating how Medallia’s platform solves complex customer challenges and drives business outcomes. Working alongside the Solutions Engineering team, you will craft compelling RFP responses, optimize our central proposal repository,



and help build prospect-specific content to fuel our sales ecosystem's growth.

Responsibilities

• RFP Execution & Timelines: Manage deliverables, communications, and timelines for assigned sections of proposals, tenders, and questionnaires.
• Solutions Engineering Support: Partner with Solutions Engineers to answer functional questions and build out tailored, prospect-specific content.
• Content Library Management: Maintain and continuously update the RFP content repository with net-new responses and materials.
• Domain Expertise & Enablement: Drive proposal best practices across teams while maintaining deep subject-matter expertise in designated product, vertical, or horizontal domains.
• Projects: Participate in annual Hack Day and team innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be adaptable to travel to regional training courses and events
• 1-3 years professional exp
