Job Description

• Delivers recruiting services at site and country level, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of open positions.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Sources and attracts candidates through multiple channels,



including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking activities, and executive search methodologies.
• Conducts resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manages reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Monitors recruitment KPIs, analyzes hiring data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.
• Maintains effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and recruitment policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or
