Senior Accounting Analyst LATAM

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make an impact across multiple countries in LATAM? We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our regional finance team and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, reporting excellence, and process improvement across the region.

? Mandatory Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✅ Strong experience in:
• Financial Accounting experience 5 years min.
• General Ledger Management
• Financial Reporting
• Month-End Close
• Statutory Reporting
• Audit Support
• IFRS

✅ Hands-on experience with:
• SAP
• Hyperion
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

✅ Solid understanding of:
• Local GAAP regulations across LATAM countries
• Internal controls
• Financial analysis and variance reporting

• IMPORTANT

✅ Advanced Knowledge with Auditories IFRS- MANDATORY
This role involves frequent interaction with regional and integral stakeholders,



preparation of financial documentation in English, and participation in international meetings.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing activities for multiple LATAM countries.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, local GAAP regulations, and IFRS reporting standards.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and support both internal and external audits.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger.
• Analyze financial variances and provide meaningful recommendations to support business decisions.
• Review and approve BRACS submissions.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
• Partner closely with Tax, Accounts Payable, Collections, and Finance teams across the region.
