Provide financial, operational, portfolio and transactional support for the Americas real estate portfolio. The role acts as the primary coordinator for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting, lease and vendor administration, utilities management and site financial governance across a focused portfolio of locations,



with particular emphasis on Mexico and North America.

Your Role:
- Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts for facility operations, maintenance, utilities, EHS and housekeeping activities.
- Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting and forecasting for GRE-managed locations.
- Manage site operating expenses and support CAPEX planning, tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate utility payments, property tax payments and other real estate related financial obligations.
- Manage vendor invoicing, purchase requisitions, accruals and financial reconciliations.
- Oversee chargebacks and intercompany billing for facility services, utilities and shared operating costs.
- Provide budget and financial support for GRE projects and strategic initiatives.
- Download, validate and analyse energy consumption and utility data for assigned locations.
