Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits currently seeks a Regional Director – Caribbean, Mexico, Central America to join our international team This position is based in a US location that is easily accessible to travel frequently to the Caribbean islands (ex: Miami or Atlanta, GA) and reports to the Vice President of International Sales.
The position is responsible for leading a team that develops and delivers the annual business plan for the region (Caribbean/Mexico/Central America) by: 1) Providing thought leadership, direction and coaching to team members, 2) building powerful distributor relationships that ensure delivery of the regions priorities while evaluating best distributor options in market. 3) Effectively utilizing multifunctional resources (Fin, BI, TMM, Supply) and 4) Leveraging marketing resources and brand investments to achieve region plan.
