Description

The Functional M3 Senior Consultant leads and executes critical aspects of ERP implementation and business transformation projects primarily in Ecuador, Argentina, and Mexico, with a focus on solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and customer success. This role works directly with customers to understand their business needs, translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As part of our commitment to developing and growing talent within the M3 Consulting organization, we provide mentorship, hands‑on experience, and formal training to professionals interested in building their expertise in Infor M3.

Therefore, we welcome candidates with experience in other ERP platforms, including WMS, LN, OS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise business applications. A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Lead customer‑facing ERP implementation, optimization, and transformation engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope and according to established timelines.
- Partner with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Drive key activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate closely with customers, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.
