About the Role

If you're a proactive problem-solver with a blend of technical expertise, quality process improvement, and project management skills, we encourage you to apply for the Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer position within the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) & Quality group in the Administration department.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation of quality practices, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and guidelines by collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to the QC department on implementing quality standards, procedures, and process improvements.
- Monitor and document the effectiveness of the quality management and QC processes in place, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes, including process changes, improvements, and quality audits.




- Supports the review and approval of QA of all process changes proposed by QC before implementation, to maintain the integrity of our QMS.
- Support training and internal audit support for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and innovative quality assurance techniques.

Requirements
- VISA B1/B2
- English 75% +
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a QA/quality-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading QMS improvement initiatives, audits, and CAPA programs

Preferred
- ASQ Certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
- Lead Auditor Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Experience with ERP, PLM, or Document Management Systems
- Microsoft Power Bi, Microsoft Power automate, Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft Excel (advanced formula
