We are looking for a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. Partnering with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation is central here.
Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance,



and compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering .
~ Proven hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) .
~ Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design .
~ Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies .
~ Proficiency in querying languages ( SQL ) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
~ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.
Experience with other Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics).
