This is a dynamic company, we value speed and decisiveness over process. You'll own a portfolio of B2B partners: trading companies, freight forwarders, shelter operators, and logistics firms moving significant cross‐border volume between Mexico and the rest of the world, end to end, from onboarding through first transaction to growth. One day you're walking a CFO through how an FX spread eats into their freight margin; This isn't a relationship‐management role that logs calls into a CRM. You'll be expected to understand the trade and freight business behind each account, not just manage the relationship, and to translate what partners need into commercial outcomes and product improvements, owning your book end to end.
