Lead daily manufacturing operations aligned with the ITM Management System
Deliver production targets across safety, quality, and delivery commitments




Optimize use of labor, materials, equipment, and manufacturing resources
Drive quality excellence and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
Champion continuous improvement through tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and A3
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
~12+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
~ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a production environment
~ Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
~ Experience with quality and regulatory standards (IEEE, UL, CSA, ISO)
~ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
