As Country Manager of RX Mexico, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a global matrix environment. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.
Define and execute the country's growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellence
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costs
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards
Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and structured processes




Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability
