Caudal Media, a growing CPA/performance-marketing agency in Mexico City, seeks a Business Development Representative to own the top of the funnel: identify prospects, initiate conversations, and book qualified meetings. You will bring the pipeline; the founder closes.
This hunter role requires resilience, fluent English for US/international clients, strong communication, CRM discipline, and a self-starter attitude. Remote/hybrid with US time overlap and uncapped commissions.
