The Molding III Supervisor - Mold Shop is responsible for leading and coordinating Mold Shop operations to ensure mold availability, reliability, and performance in support of production requirements. This role oversees preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. The position also focuses on team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Cómo Debería Ser Tu Experiencia
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance, repair, and improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams within a Mold Shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and mold technologies,



including Hot Runner, Valve Gate, and multicavity molds.
- Experience with TPM programs, preventive maintenance planning, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems (SAP PM preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
