Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics, or a related field.

Provide exceptional customer service aligned with company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Provide telephone support and customer advisory services.
Escalate recurring customer issues and service improvement opportunities when necessary.
Support customers in their digital journey by providing guidance and education on available tools and services.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
