We are looking for a Gen AI Developer to join an Agile team building a production-grade conversational GenAI platform.
This is a hands-on backend and GenAI engineering role, focused on building AI-powered workflows, multi-agent systems, secure integrations, and production services.
What you'll work with:
• Python 3.12+ and FastAPI
• Google ADK for multi-agent orchestration
• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google LLMs
• RAG, embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering
• AI agents, tool/function calling and structured outputs
• LangGraph, LangChain and/or PydanticAI
• Azure cloud services
• REST APIs and secure integrations
• JWT/OAuth and security best practices
• Automated testing with pytest
• Docker and CI/CD
• Monitoring, observability and production support

What we're looking for:




• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Python experience
• Experience building production GenAI/LLM applications
• Experience with AI agents or multi-agent workflows
• Experience with RAG and LLM integrations
• Strong API/backend development experience
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments
• Good understanding of security, testing and production operations

Nice to have:
• Google ADK experience
• Azure experience
• Healthcare, clinical systems or PHI-related experience
• Experience with conversational AI or patient-facing applications
