As a Senior Business Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in managing employment-based immigration matters, partnering directly with clients and foreign nationals, and providing expertise throughout the immigration process.

What you'll do

• Independently manage a portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, taking ownership of case strategy, documentation, deadlines, and overall case progression.
• Work directly with clients and foreign nationals to conduct case intake, identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and review complex immigration petitions and applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Draft petitions, applications,



and supporting documentation for a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on business immigration matters and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Partner with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality immigration services and an exceptional client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor case activity, workload, deadlines, and productivity using case management and reporting systems.
• Exercise sound judgment, resolve issues independently, and escalate complex matters when appropriate.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of business immigration experience, preferably with strong experience managing employment-based immigration cases.
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
