What awaits you?

You will lead the operation of employee dining facilities, canteens, food retail points, and vending services within our large-scale industrial environment, ensuring reliable, safe, and exceptional culinary experiences for our team.

• Steer daily operations across canteens, food retail points, and vending services, maintaining consistent service continuity, high quality, and strong employee satisfaction.
• Manage external catering and service partners, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), supplier performance,



contract compliance, and continuous improvement plans.
• Enforce rigorous hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, NOM-251), overseeing audits, allergen controls, and immediate corrective actions.
• Take ownership of operational and investment budgets, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives while optimizing resources and minimizing food waste.
• Drive the digital transformation of administrative workflows, coordinate facility renovations or new service concepts, and lead cross functional improvement projects.
