MAIN PURPOSE

As FP&A; Manager for Specialist Watchmakers (7 Maisons: IWC, Vacheron Constantin, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, A. Lange & Söhne), you own the financial outlook and supporting analysis that explains business dynamics across a uniquely complex, multi-brand portfolio.

Beyond budget, forecasts and financial models, you build and maintain strong relationships with Maison’s Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Boutique Planning teams, and with the AVP of FP&A; for SWM, translating cross-brand complexity into clear, comparable analysis.

You are the designated Anaplan/reporting model owner for the SWM cluster, and a key contributor to the implementation of consistent controlling practices across all Maisons, adhering to Group-mandated regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Brand Business Partnering

Work closely with department heads across all 7 SWM Maisons to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, preparing comprehensive, cross-brand comparable presentations.





Review sales analysis across the SWM portfolio to monitor evolution and trends, and to understand and explain the key drivers of divergence between brands.

Provide timely, brand-specific variance analysis to business partners, highlighting risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.

Close Balance Sheet & Capital Governance

Participate in the monthly close process, collaborating with business partners, managing deadlines and ensuring accurate financial results (journal entries across sales, expense and balance sheet) for each SWM Maison.

Lead balance sheet/cash flow analysis (stock, customer deposits, current liabilities, other current debtors, lease reporting, intercompany transactions) as the basis for sound budgeting and forecasting, including monthly phasing.

Prepare capital investment requisitions, including detailed P&Ls;, supporting commentary and comparatives to brand KPIs; liaise with all key stakeholders (local and central brand teams, co
