What You’ll Do

The HR Generalist supports organizational development and change management initiatives, partnering with leaders and employees to drive HR programs, enhance workforce effectiveness, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities





• Develop and execute effective change management strategies, plans and materials to accelerate Organizational effectiveness
• Provide input on processes, key functions, and management that support business improvements
• Collaborate with internal organizations and managers to improve engagement and retention within the organization by utilizing HR programs and tools
• Conduct employee investigations and assist managers with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and compliance reporting.
• Develop programs to improve retention
• Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve issues that may arise
• Assist managers and employees with performance syncs and goal setting
• Gather and analyze data for the purpose of improving organization performance
• Maintain employee files and records
• Work with Finance, Account
